PURCHASE CONDITIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

The customer is directly purchasing from Rude Boys Equipment. Delivery note works as a warranty. The displayed product features, final prices and delivery charges are deemed valid, unless a typo did occur.  Sales, promotions and new items are conveniently marked. The customer may confirm, modify, or cancel the item selection on his/her shopping cart when checking out. Delivery address, method of payment and shipping option must be properly specified. In case any item was out of stock after receiving the order, a rude-boys agent will contact you to give options for switching items, offer you a crédit on your Rude Boys account or a full refund.



METHODS OF PAYMENT

CREDIT CARD Online: All cards accepted. Follow the easy steps established by BANCAJA for a safe purchasing. Your bank account associated with your credit card will be charged for the total amount (itmes + transportation). Please, make sure you correctly finalize the process by clicking the last button to return to rude-boys.com  

CREDIT CARD BY TELEPHONE: Choose this option if you prefer to pay over the phone. In order to do so, please, finalize the online process and a rude-boys agent will contact you shortly to request your data and complete the purchase. You can also place your order calling +34.902.269.464.

WIRE TRANSFER: You will need to credit the bank account shown in the 'order confirmation email' with the total amount of the order (items + transportation). You must indicate the same name you used to place the online order. Once our Administration department confirms the transfer is complete, we will ship your order.

C.O.D (CASH ON DELIVERY): We only ship C.O.D. for national orders (within Spain). The Carrier will deliver the package to you and collect the total amount of the order (goods + transportation + C.O.D. fee) at the same time. Please, make sure you have the cash ready at delivery. The C.O.D. fee adds a 3% of the total amount of the order with a minimum charge of 3.50 EUR.


DELIVERY TIMES


All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. You will need to select the carrier of your choice out of the different options the checkout process will show you.

National Orders: For orders within the Iberian Peninsula, you will receive you order between 24/72 hours, depending on the selected mode of transportation. For order to Balears Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla the delivery time would be 3 to 7 days depending on the selected mode of transportation.

International Orders: Depending on the selected mode of transportation and final destination of your order, you will receive the package between 48h and 15 days once it is handed out to the carrier.  

If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping charges are automatically calculated. The total shipping cost will depend on the volume, weight and destination of you order. You can easily estimate the cheapest cost on your shipment by adding items in the shopping cart and using our "Estimate Shipping Cost" feature. The checkout process will show different options for shipping for you to choose the most convinient.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship anywhere in the world. Select the country of destination and the automatic calculator will show the accurate charges on your order.

Within the European Union: FREE TRADE (NO Customs duties will be collected by your country). 
Rest of the world: Customs duties and taxes will be collected by your country.

RETURNS

In the event that a product delivered by RudeBoys doesn’t meet your expectations, you can contact our customer service (customerservice@rude-boys.com) or +34.902.269.464) and ask for refund or exchange authorization. No package without authorization will be accepted by RBE. The item must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the delivery note within 7 days upon reception of the package. We will gladly refund your shipping cost in case of a RudeBoys error or product manufacturing defect and forward you the right product free of charge.
