1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order in the most convenient way for you. You can order online through our online store (advantages associated), by Telephone (+34)902.269.464, emailing us from the CONTACT page, or sending us a fax to (+34)963.559.045.
2. Help! I am having trouble processing my order.
It's not usual, but occasionally we experience technical difficulties. Please, simply contact our customer service (902.269.464 firstname.lastname@example.org) and a Rude Boys agent will help you with your order very quickly.
3. Do I need to register as a member to place an order?
No, you don’t. You can place orders without being a registered member. You will just need to add items to the shopping cart and proceed to check out.
4. What methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay using your credit card through the online store or by telephone; You can make a wire transfer to our bank account; You will only be able to choose C.O.D. (cash on delivery) option if the destination of your order is within Spain.
5. I didn’t get any confirmation.
A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been processed. If you don’t find the confirmation email in your inbox, it could have been blocked by your spam filter. Check your junk box first and if you don’t see it, contact us to confirm if the order went through correctly.
6. How do you ship?
We use express carriers and Correos (Potal service) to ship all orders. You can choose speed and level of service.
7. How long does it take to receive the order?
We will ship your order within 48 hours from your request. The carrier will deliver the order to you within 2-15 days, depending on the speed selected for delivery and the final destination of the order. Go to Shipping & Returns for more details.
8. Can I send my own carrier to pick up my order?
Sure you can. Simply let us know in advance to have your order ready for them to pick up.
9. Can I send a purchase out of the country?
Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world. For international orders online, select an international shipping address at the checkout. International shipping among the UE is free of taxes. 10. I didn’t receive my order and delivery period is out.
If the estimated period for delivery is out and you didn’t receive any notice, please contact our customer service(+34)902.269.464 or firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will find out where your package is and get back to you very shortly.
11. Can I change or return an item in case I am not satisfied?
In the event that a product delivered by RudeBoys doesn’t meet your expectations, you can contact our customer service (email@example.com or +34.902.269.464) and ask for refund or exchange authorization. 12. Do I have any warranty?
All products sell by RBE are original and passed through strict quality controls. If you notice any product defect, please contact us in order to solve it as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you don’t get the right product for you, you won’t keep it.
