In the event that a product delivered by RudeBoys doesn’t meet your expectations, you can contact our customer service (email@example.com or +34.902.269.464) and ask for refund or exchange authorization. No package without authorization will be accepted by RBE. The item must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the delivery note and postage paid within 7 days upon reception of the package.
We will gladly refund your shipping cost in case of a RudeBoys error or product manufacturing defect and forward you the right product free of charge, unless you include new ítems to the shipment.
In order to return a product, you must contact customer service (firstname.lastname@example.org or +34.902.269.464) and ask for authorization. Please, have ready the following information when you contact us:
- Complete name stated in your order
- Delivery note number
- Reference # of the product you would like to return
- Action you would like us to take (Exchange, credit, refund)
Once you receive authorization from us, you must send the product postage paid to the following address:
