SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours.

We offer different shipping options (delivery time/costs). Depending on the items included in your shopping cart (weight and volume) and the destination of your order, you will be able to select among the different carriers we work with to take care of your shipment. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package.

You can easily estimate the cheapest cost on your shipment by adding items in the shopping cart and using our "Estimate Shipping Cost" feature.

Within Iberian Peninsula
FREE SHIPPING for All orders over 100,00 EUR, except charges for Special items*.
A shipment to this area normally takes 24-48h.

Balears Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands
FREE SHIPPING for All orders over 125,00 EUR, except charges for Special items*.
A shipment to this area normally takes 3 to 10 days (depending on the specific location).

International Orders
We ship anywhere in the world. Select the country of destination and the automatic calculator will show the accurate charges on your order. Depending on the mode of transportation selected, delivery within the EU will take 48h. to 10 days; and delivery outside the EU will take 7 to 15 days.

Within the European Union: FREE TRADE (NO Customs duties will be collected by your country).
Rest of the world: Customs duties and taxes will be collected by your country.

RETURNS

In the event that a product delivered by RudeBoys doesn’t meet your expectations, you can contact our customer service (customerservice@rude-boys.com or +34.902.269.464) and ask for refund or exchange authorization. No package without authorization will be accepted by RBE. The item must be returned in its original packaging accompanied by the delivery note and postage paid within 7 days upon reception of the package.

We will gladly refund your shipping cost in case of a RudeBoys error or product manufacturing defect and forward you the right product free of charge, unless you include new ítems to the shipment.

In order to  return a product, you must contact customer service (customerservice@rude-boys.com or +34.902.269.464) and ask for authorization. Please, have ready the following information when you contact us:
- Complete name stated in your order
- Delivery note number
- Reference # of the product you would like to return
- Action you would like us to take (Exchange, credit, refund)

Once you receive authorization from us, you must send the product postage paid to the following address:
